Project Introduction
Publish social responsibility reports and performance information disclosures for companies
According to a survey conducted by the China Textile Federation in 2016 among enterprises in four Southeast Asian countries, both managers and employees have a very poor understanding of gender equality in the workplace. For example, some factories are in the management system and In the formulation of the measures, no consideration is given to protecting the labor rights and interests of female employees from a gender perspective. Therefore, in 2019, the Social Responsibility Office launched a cooperative project to promote the establishment of gender-sensitive corporate responsibility by Chinese-funded textile and garment enterprises in Cambodia, Bangladesh, and Vietnam, with a view to reducing the gender gap in workplace policies and practices .
